Secnil Forte Tablet is also used in the treatment of dental infections, leg ulcers, and pressure sores. You can take this medicine with or without food. The amount you are advised will depend on what you are being treated for and how bad it is, but you should take this antibiotic exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Your symptoms may improve quickly, but continue taking the medicine for the full course, even if you feel fine.
